When an agent takes you around to different homes you could use this to not only look at the crime stats for the neighbourhood but your travel routes to your daily commute locations such as place of worship, school, work, shopping etc.. There are reports out there but that is usually based on a known locations like the house address. Using this app will allow you to get a real feel for areas around the home as well.
